Negative: That you couldn’t smoke outside your unit. I’m handicapped and made it difficult to go across street.

Negative: The room could've been cleaned and had towels put in it for 4 people. There was old bedding on the sofa bed that was dirty and I'm not sure about our bed even. When we arrived there was a giant puddle of water on the living room floor that came from the air conditioner unit. Staff was apologetic, but also no maintenance person showed up during the entire stay to fix it. We had to move towels everyday to soak it up and then dry then out, outside. For $275/night, I wouldn't expect to have to do something like this. The place is falling apart. Windows in the back room haven't been cleaned for years. Lots missing from the kitchen if you want to cook. The location is amazing, but that is it.
Summary: Very poor quality, leaking air con and a pool of water covering our living room floor.

Positive: Emma the front desk girl went out of her way to accommodate us with extra linens and letting use the hose to rinse down our car. Plus we couldn’t get the wifi to work, but she also helped us with that! Great customer service

Positive: Unbeatable location directly across from the beach and walkable to countless restaurants and activities. The full kitchen came in handy. The staff members that we dealt with were extremely friendly. And the pool had plenty of deck chairs.
Negative: Pretty shabby conditions all around. The floors in the unit were in desperate need of a deep clean. Our feet/socks were consistently black. Both mattresses (bedroom & sofa bed) were in desperate need of replacing. The unit was stocked with just 2 thin towels, and were not replaced once during our 3 night stay (we ended up borrowing some from the pool deck to make it through) Additionally, we placed the 'please clean' sign on our door 2 days in a row, but our room never did get cleaned or restocked. I got the feeling that, at the time of our stay, this place was very under-staffed and struggling to keep up with high summer demands.
Summary: Incredible location, but very basic in every other way.

Negative: It was dirty.The bathtub floor was dirty. Hairs in the bathtub and bed. White stains on the side of the bed. The screen door to the balcony was broken. Burnt out lights. Cobwebs.

Positive: Great location, right across from beach. Pool was a bonus with a small grass bbq area beside pool. Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Pool and grassy bbq area both need attention and clean-up, they look uncared for. Cleanliness in unit was disappointing. Crumbs in cupboards, barely any dish soap, A/C worked but screen looked awful like somebody had smashed it and very dusty. Sheets need to be updated as they were very threadbare.
